Saturday core flow [Tag a friend to challenge] 🔥 If you ever wondered how much cardio I do, I'm only spending 20 minutes doing interval training three times a week. My main focus is to regain my proprioception, overall strength, and muscular endurance. So yesterday I combined a bit of HIIT with this flow. What is proprioception? It is simply one's ability to sense stimuli arising within the body regarding position, motion, and equilibrium. If you have these blocks for steppers at your gym then you must try. It might not be as smooth, but remember #progressnotperfection ! Cardio: stair master warm up for 5 mins at a intermediate speed. 3 mins high intensity speed and 2 mins intermediate speed recover.
